Enjoy your videos. Haven't heard the term "proddy" before. We always needed cows that would strongly protect their calves, as we ran them where predators were often a problem.
Thanks Brighid. We're fortunate that our only predator is the coyote. When I was younger I tolerated more aggression in my cows but it's just too much of a risk as I get older. Nothing wrong with the cow, she just won't fit my hands-on, one-man operation.
